As a rule, Jigi AI does not provide users' personal information to third parties. It may do so only where there is a legal basis or where the user has consented.

The email address, country and payment details that Members enter on the checkout page are collected and processed directly by Paddle or Creem, as the seller, under their own privacy policies (Paddle Privacy Policy and Creem Privacy Policy). OpenAI processes this information on Jigi AI's behalf, so please send requests to access or delete it to [email protected].
If you do not want your information transferred to a reseller for card and digital wallet payments, you can pay by bank transfer instead. Transfer to OpenAI for AI response generation is essential to providing the service; if you do not want it, please ask to close your account by emailing [email protected].
Users may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of the processing of their personal information, and Jigi AI will take action without delay in accordance with the relevant laws. Requests can be made using the contact details below.
Jigi AI uses cookies for purposes such as keeping users signed in. Users can refuse cookies through their browser settings; in that case, the use of some features, such as signing in, may be restricted.
If you need advice about an infringement of personal information, you can contact organizations such as the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (www.kopico.go.kr; call 1833-6972 in Korea) or the KISA Personal Information Infringement Report Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr; call 118 in Korea).
