Acceptable Use Policy

This is an English translation of the Korean original. If the two differ, the Korean version prevails unless the law of your country requires otherwise.

This Acceptable Use Policy is intended to prevent misuse and abuse of Jigi AI and forms part of the Terms of Service. Members must use Jigi AI, and the AI responses it generates, in accordance with the policy below.

1. Nature of the AI Service

Chatbot responses from Jigi AI are generated automatically by AI and are based on the business information that the Member (the business owner) has provided or connected.
AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not replace professional judgment in areas such as medicine, law, or finance.
Jigi AI may screen what guests enter using content moderation and block harmful input.

2. Prohibited Uses

Members and other users may not use Jigi AI for the following purposes or in the following ways:

Generating or eliciting content that is illegal or that promotes violence, sexual content, hate, harassment, discrimination, or self-harm
Impersonating, or registering without authorization, another person's business that the user does not operate or hold legitimate authority over
Registering or using content that infringes others' intellectual property rights, portrait (likeness) rights, or personal information, or that violates the terms of use of third-party services
Harming others through spam, fraud, phishing, distribution of malware, or similar acts
Leading people to mistake AI responses for official or professional advice, or spreading false or exaggerated information
Circumventing the security measures or usage limits of Jigi AI or its underlying AI models, or abusing the service through reverse engineering or automated bulk requests
Collecting (scraping) or copying the content or data of Jigi AI, or extracting or redistributing it in bulk, by automated means such as crawlers, scrapers, or bots without Jigi AI's prior written consent (including collection that violates access restrictions indicated in robots.txt or by similar means)
Any other conduct that violates applicable laws, this policy, or the Terms of Service

3. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information they register or connect.
Members are responsible for keeping the information their chatbot provides, such as prices, opening hours, reservations, and refunds, up to date.

4. Actions for Violations

If a violation of this policy is confirmed, Jigi AI may, depending on its severity, deactivate the chatbot concerned or restrict or suspend the use of the account, giving the reason in advance and an opportunity to respond. In urgent cases, such as illegal content, impersonation of others or infringement of rights, Jigi AI will act first and notify the Member without delay. Termination of a paid subscription is governed by Article 10-2 of the Terms of Service.

5. Fair Use

The free trial and paid subscriptions include 3,000 AI response messages per month per business. Details are governed by Article 5 of the Terms of Service.
Automated bulk requests, such as repeated calls using bots or scripts, are prohibited, and use may be restricted if such requests are detected.
